I can’t thank those of you who applied for the Lowe’s room makeover enough. The response was incredible, and I loved every minute of pouring through the hundreds of spaces submitted. I laughed with some of you, I cried with some of you, but more than anything it was so wonderful to learn more about you and see the faces on the other side of this screen.
At the end of the day I was looking for someone who was really deserving but also had a space that could be refreshed in 24 hours (kitchen renos just aren’t doable). I wish I could come help everyone, be it full renovation or something small if you just moved the couch there and added a chair here. And some of you, can you come help me finish my house?? Your homes were amazing, and the things you had brought into your spaces up to this point were just beautiful.
We chose Chelsea Craig from Merriam, Kansas and will be making over her living space the beginning of next month! It’s a tight schedule, but I’m excited to see how much we can squeeze into a weekend, and I can’t wait to share more about her family and their story with you.

Congratulations to Chelsea! I'll be looking forward to hear what you do with her space.
Next time, if you want to include renters with lenient landlords….. I'll be game:)
Aw man! I'm jealous of Chelsea but can't wait to see what you do to her place.
So fun!
Hurrah for Chelsea! I can't wait to see it!
There simply are not word to describe how grateful and excited we are for this gift!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! A millions times and back again thank you!! :):):)
Oh, fun! Congratulations to Chelsea, can't wait to watch this project unfold!
I'm so excited to see this transformation. Chelsea is one lucky girl!!
Yay for Kansas girls! SO looking forward to this! Also. If you need an assistant/somebody to run around and do some grunt work, call me! (I'm holding my fake hand phone up to my ear.) Would love to watch you work your magic! 🙂
Don't offer what you can't give, because I might be calling you!
Oh my goodness…CALL ME. I'm serious! I would be honored.
